Milly

Milly is a OOAK, hand sewn teddy rabbit. I have used a viscose fabric, and cotton for her body and inner ears. She is stuffed with Fiberfill and has glass eyes. Milly has cotter pin joints that allow her to be posed, and waggle joints in the neck that allow the head to be tilted. She is 24cm tall from her feet to the tip of her ear.

Milly is an active, fun-loving young rabbit who dreams big and lives in the moment.

Milly's sleeveless shirt was hand sewn by me from cotton. The edges were decorated with silk. The shirt fastens with five miniature buttons. Milly's pleated skirt was sewn by me from cotton. It has a hook fastening at the front and suspenders. Milly has a silk ribbon for her ear.

Easter Bunny

Spring is here and soon it will be Easter. Please meet the Easter Bunny who will be delivering your Easter eggs to you. The face is sculpted from clay, painted with acrylic paints and sealed with varnish. For the body I have used pink viscose fabric and beige faux doe suede. Every bunny should have a tail, this one has a fluffy white one made of synthetic fur fabric. I have made a wire armature and used glass beads in the legs so that bunny can stand. The neck has a cotter pin joint which allows it to be turned. The limbs are fixed in their position without any joints to move them. Bunny is stuffed with Fiberfill. She is 34cm tall (not including the ears).

To complete bunny's look I have given her a ribbon around her neck, cotton crochet bag and clay Easter eggs.

Dream

Dream is my new creation in the spirit of spring. This OOAK needle felted hare is made of pastel coloured wool and has glass eyes. I have given him a cute fluffy tail. No filler or armature was used. I have attached Dream to a wooden base decorated with realistic needle felted grass. The base also has felt on the underside to protect furniture. The artwork is 16cm tall, including base.

Dream is a gentle and trusting hare.

Bonni

Introducing Bonni, who is a teddy doll hybrid and is a life size newborn baby at 54cm tall. Bonni's head is made of Super Sculpey clay and his body is made of faux doe suede and sheeps wool fabrics.  The head is hard while the body is soft and cuddly. I have given Bonni a not too heavy weight of 1.5kg using glass beads and Fiberfill. The hat with bunny ears is lined and fastens over Bonni's clay head with ribbons. It is difficult to show the colour, which is a cross between cream, pink and brown. Bonni has a magnetic pacifier (both it and Bonni's head have magnets). Please note - the magnets mean this doll is not suitable for someone with a pacemaker.

I have painted Bonni's face with acrylic paints, given the skin texture and sealed with matt varnish. The lips have been given a slight gloss. Bonni has painted eye brows and eye lashes.

Bonni is 54cm tall.

Rainbow Bunny

This is my OOAK needle felted Rainbow Bunny. He is made of multi-coloured natural wool, with glass eyes. He has thread joints in his head, arms and legs that allow him to be posed. He is 18.5cm tall (standing, from feet to tips of ears).

Rainbow Bunny is colourful and could make someone very happy. I have given him a fluffy tail.

Nikki

Nikki is an OOAK, hand sewn teddy bear. I have used pink viscose fabric, Fiberfill and glass eyes. Nikki has cotter pin joints that allow posing, and waggle joints in the neck that allow the head to be tilted. Nikki is 22cm tall.

I have sewn cotton overalls and matching hat for Nikki. Both are decorated with cute flower buttons. The overalls have elastic at the back for a snug fit. I have used pastels to add shading around Nikki's eyes and nose.

Nikki is 22cm tall (not including the ears).
