Enchanted mushrooms are mushrooms that have been enchanted with magic. My enchanted mushroom is of the Boletus edulis variety, which is common in the Northlands. He can see, think and speak like a person, but suffers the great inconvenience of not being able to move (on account of being a mushroom). He has friends - other enchanted mushrooms growing nearby, forest fairies and animals. But its not fun watching the world go by, not being able to go on adventures and quests. Will you keep this lonely mushroom company?
My OOAK Enchanted Mushroom is 14cm tall. I have sculpted him using resin clay over an armature, which I removed after curing. He is hollow inside. I have painted him using acrylic paints, bringing him to life. To protect the paint, I have sealed it with matte varnish and gloss for the eyes. I have covered the base with woolen felt so that it will not damage furniture.
